Our communication
Our communication is straightforward and flows consistently between ourselves and with our clients.
We are clear, precise and we are always cordial and polite. Even in the most complicated situations it is important to be respectful and kind.
Audience-based definitions
Our communication is effective since we always define our target audience before starting the design process. This makes it easier to decide what we want to convey and helps us determine the tone and voice of our message. Some important considerations to keep in mind:
Message clarity
We must be clear about what we want to communicate and we must ensure the message is always consistent and concise.
Images and iconography
The visual elements which illustrate our designs must be relevant to the message we want to convey. We pick images, illustrations and icons that are understood at a glance and that complement the copy. You can find more information in the Visual Identity section.
Use the appropriate scale
Designing large scale pieces or creating something for mobile require different approaches. The same happens when designing for younger or mature audiences. One must always take into consideration where the design will be displayed and who the audience will be, and use appropriate criteria for typography and imagery.
Less is more
The use of fewer elements guarantees a cleaner and more polished design which is simpler and more immediate to understand.
Stress what's important
Implementing visual hierarchies will result in a clearer message. We can apply hierarchies by color, size or location, highlighting the most important information and leaving complementary information in the background.
