It is important to keep the Quadion community up to date on upcoming events and training opportunities. Announcing member achievements, reminding employees of tasks that need to be completed or benefits that they can profit from are all part of our daily internal communication process.

Upcoming events communications help Quadion members to plan ahead and be able to join. This type of message reminds people of the dates and motivates them to join in.

Quadion members want to grow as professionals. This is why reminders about Quadion recommended courses, English classes, or workshops become important. These messages should inform about trainings and encourage participation.

A community is made up of people who celebrate its members' achievements. They can be work related (promotions/courses/degrees) or personal accomplishments to be shared within the Quadion community.

As important as it is to celebrate new hires, it is even more so to celebrate those who have been with us for a long time.
